Cancellation Policy
Cloud 9 Hair Studio respectfully requires at least 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will result in a non-refundable fee. In the case of illness or emergency, each situation will be determined on a case by case basis. If you, or an accompanying guest, come to your appointment visibly severely ill, you will be asked to reschedule, as well as charged a cancellation fee.
